Boulder Air Tours

Boulder Air Tours is a new company for the adventurous and aerial photo enthusiasts! They offer tours from the air and can be a great resource for all REALTORS and potential home buyers.

Pilots, Andy Young and Denise Corcoran, offer a private plane ride for 2 to 3 people with seasoned pilots who know this area of Colorado like the back of their hand.  Though Young and Corcoran, only started this business early last summer they have been flying for years and now they want to bring that joy to you!

Andy has been flying for over 20 years and was introduced to his current partner Denise through another pilot.  Andy and Denise specialize in mountain flying with experience flying in Alaska during the tourist season.  Denise also uses her flying skills to reach out and benefit non-profit organizations.  One of her past outreach projects consisted of  tracking Jaguars and Macaws in Mesoamerica.  Andy’s other projects have brought him all the way down to Antarctica.  Needless to say, they both have had lots of experience flying in different areas but they love returning to the Boulder area.  They know all the hotspots in Boulder County, the Rockies, and Denver.

Besides, offering the thrill of a lifetime with a bird’s eye view of Boulder and surrounding areas they also offer a special deal for realtors! As any good realtor will know, marketing is half the battle.  How do you get just the right picture to advertize your client’s property? By going up on a plane and taking aerial shots yourself! Boulder Air Tours offers different routes and customizable plan so you can get exactly the shot you need!  If you have transplant clients looking to figure out the area, these tours are perfect for mapping out areas and examining the proximity to towns, lakes and our beautiful mountains!

To sweeten the deal, they offer the most competitive prices in town.  While helicopter rides can be five times the cost, these guys charge just $49 per person per half an hour with a two person minimum.  So if you’re looking for the perfect aerial shot or just a different perspective on our beautiful landscapes this is the best way to get the most bang for your buck!

Boulder Air Tours will be dormant for the winter but it’s never too early to start planning your trip! Check back Mid-January for another post about Boulder Air Tours Adventures and Information for the pilots.  To learn more about Boulder Air Tours check out their website!
