ONE NIGHT ONLY: Abigail Fischer and Friends
Tuesday, June 23rd – 7:00pm

Abigail Fischer

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience one of the most brilliant and  versatile mezzo sopranos on the US musical scene today: New York City-based Abigail  Fischer. We are thrilled to have this nationally acclaimed artist at The Dairy performing  one of the masterpieces in the mezzo soprano literature, the Folk Songs of Luciano  Berio!  The New York Times described her as the “serenely captivating mezzo soprano  who invested everything she sang with rapt conviction, a velvety even tone, and disarming intimacy.”

In addition to Ms. Fischer, the program is filled with brilliant music performed by our One Night Only ensemble made up of members of the Colorado Symphony and outstanding freelance musicians from Boulder and Fort Collins.

This concert is generously underwritten by Grant and Holly Hickman and Jan and Jim Bailey.
