The Louisville Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, at 9:00 am in Old Town Louisville. The 5k (3.1 mile) is a free event is hosted by neighbors and volunteers from the community raising money and non-perishable items for local Colorado families in need. Your non-perishable food donations and a portion of event proceeds benefit Community Food Share, the food bank serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties.
Registration happens event morning and is free if you bring a non-perishable food item or clothing item.
The start and finish line are located at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. Parking is incredibly limited, so please car pool, ride a bike, walk, or take public transportation. You will not be able to park near the start line.
7th Annual Louisville Turkey Trot
Bib Pick-Up begins at 7:00 am @ 951 Spruce Street , Louisville, Colorado in front of the famed Sweet Cow and Lucky Pie. The events is an ‘untimed’ fun-run for all ages. Please bring one canned food item per runner or bagged clothing item. The 5km run begins at 9 am, and will end at 11 am.
