A combination of timing, fate, and creativity lead to the collaboration of Andrea Resnick and Heather Seeley to open the boutique known as ‘Willow.’
Owner Andrea had always wanted to open up her own clothing store. Her life progressed and took its own turns when she found herself in the same city as her friend Heather (Willow director) was designing clothes. Suddenly, the pieces fell into place and Willow took shape.
Talking with Heather, it is obvious the personal effort and vision these two women pour into Willow. Heather explained how unique Boulder fashion is, and how they wanted to create a sophisticated, forward style that was wearable and their clients could enjoy. She mentioned that her biggest accomplishment is when a client walks into their store and thanks them.
Willow is a bustling modern store considering they were supposed to open the on day of the flood–a surprise neither of them anticipated! Luckily, all was dry and they were able to start with a bang shortly after.
Speaking with Heather–who describes herself as dorky, creative, loving, free-spirited and can’t live without mascara–a great pair of jeans, kale, and love show the personality and passion behind the product.
Watch out Boulder these two are headed for success!
